Q: How do I cancel my order I just placed online? Is it too late?

A: We pride ourselves on super-fast processing and shipping.  Whether your order is available to be cancelled usually depends on how much time has lapsed since placing your order.  Please call us immediately at 877-POOLCTR, touch-tone your way to our Customer Care Department to learn whether it is possible to cancel your order. In some cases, where the item has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel the shipment, along with some other variables. If not, we will do all we can to cancel the shipment from our warehouses. However, some of our vendors will not cancel an order after it has been picked and packed, as it can be too hard to locate an individual package. Wherever possible, we will do all we can to cancel your order.
