Q: It has been days since I placed my order and my online status remains "In Process" what should I do?

A:  We process orders Monday - Friday during the off season, however during April 15 - July 15, we process 7 days per week. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, however a backlog may develop at certain peak times of the year, extending the processing time to 48 hours. In Process can also mean that we are still locating the item(s), or that one or more of the items on your order is causing our order processors some difficulty obtaining. Check the email used on the order, and also check your "Junk Mail" folder, as sometimes our emails end up in a Spam folder.
