A: Absolutely! Once an order is processed with our main warehouse, a UPS tracking number is immediately generated. This tracking number will not be "active" or "trackable" until the item is received at the UPS hub, later in the day.
For items that ship from our network of distribution houses, we receive tracking numbers overnight, after the close of their business day. These tracking numbers are automatically imported and uploaded into our online tracking module. Login to your account, and you will see a status of Shipped, along with the tracking number. Clicking the tracking number will take you to the UPS website to see current location, and estimated arrival date to your shipping location.
