Q: I have my tracking number, but it says "Billing Information Received", but gives no other information.

A: If this is the same day that the order has shipped, please allow 12 hours or more for the shipper's data to update and show movement of the package. You will receive a tracking number from us as soon as possible, but it may not yet be updated with current status in the shipper database. If you see this message days after the shipment, please contact us at 877-POOLCTR, and we will perform a manual tracking of the item.
