Q: How can I remove an item from an order?

A: If we have not already processed, picked and packed an item - we can usually locate your order at a particular stage and adjust the items on the order. Call our helpful staff, between normal business hours 7a-7p, at 877-POOLCTR and touch-tone your way to our Customer Care Department. If the order has already been processed, it can be impossible for us to locate the order sometimes, amongst hundreds or thousands of pick tickets or boxes.
