Q: Why are there 2 charges on my credit card?

A: This usually means that we have a Split Shipment, charging for the first item that shipped, and then subsequently charging for remaining items on the order, when they have shipped. Sometimes, although rarely, this will occur on the same day. In no way should separate charges add up to more than the order total shown on your order confirmation, shipping included. If this has occurred, please call our helpful staff, open 7AM-7PM (CST) at 877-POOLCTR for prompt resolution.
