Q: My order shipment has an "Exception"?

A: Exceptions usually mean that the package was damaged, the address could not be located or there is a weather related delay. We are monitoring shipment exceptions - but there are exceptions, so if you see no movement or update on your shipment in 2-3 business days, please contact our Customer Care dept, at 877-POOLCTR. In some isolated cases, for shipments from some warehouses, we may not see the exception report as quickly as the recipient (you).
