Q: How do I check the status of my order online?

A: If you created a password during the checkout process, you can simply login to your account to view current and past order history. Go to and click the "My Account" link in the upper right hand corner of any page. If you forgot your password, or not sure of it, click the forgot password link, and use the email address used to place the order. If you still cannot locate the order, or are unable to login, call us during business hours at 877-POOLCTR for help with your order status.
