Q: I received a split-shipment notification. What is a split-shipment and how will it affect my order?

A: We have warehouses located across the country.  In order to get you your order/item(s) in the fastest manner possible, we carefully take the time to ship-from the closest location to you for quick delivery.  Sometimes it is not possible to ship all of your items from one of the warehouses closest to you geographically; therefore, we split your order into two shipments at no extra cost and will provide you with two or more tracking numbers for all of your items.  Splitting your order into two shipments is sometimes the only way to get you all items on your order.
