A: Billing information Received means that our shipper has received the shipping order and a label has been generated. This is typically the first step in a UPS or FedEx shipment. The package will progress to shipped once it is loaded onto the first truck from our warehouses.
Please allow 12-24 hours for the shipper's data to update and show movement of the package, longer for holidays or weekends. At times, you will receive a tracking number from us as soon as possible, but it may not yet be updated with current status in the shipper database. If you see this Billing information Received message 2-3 days after receiving your tracking number, please contact us at 877-POOLCTR, and we will perform a manual tracking of the item.
