Q: The item I received is Defective

A: Defects in material and workmanship are presented to the manufacturer of the item. Please read your warranty card carefully. Most manufacturers require that the product be registered upon purchase, to activate their limited warranty. We are happy to assist in making contact with the manufacturer, but please remember that does not warranty the items we sell, all warranties or defects are handled by the manufacturer. Items received as defective are presented to the manufacturer of the item. The first step in beginning a defective item is to send a digital photo of the defect (for damaged items refer above) to us to (10mb limit). When your pictures are received (please take many digital photos and attach them to the email) we will contact you for more information. We may not be able to ship a replacement item right away until a small investigation is completed on the item. If a replacement item is needed urgently, it should be faster to place a second order, and look for refund of the original order, after it can be certified as defective. If the item was damaged in transit, and not a manufacturer defect in material or workmanship, please see information on Shipping Damage, an entirely different process.
